AB  - A key competency in today&#146;s globalized world is to make understanding of cultural nuances, dimensions and practices for today&#146;s as well as future organizational leaders. Intense literature has built the sound base regarding cross cultural and intercultural leadership competencies. Current model paper tends to explore the cultural dimension termed that has been used in the Global leadership and organizational behavior effectiveness project. There are still many obstacles face academic women leaders in universities. Among these obstacles is the limited authority of the women leaders, the centralization of decision making. Thus, this research focus on the variable those impactthe leadership effectiveness through gender egalitarianism assertiveness and future orientation by taking government support as a moderating variable among the relationships in the public universities.
