AB  - One of the challenges that organizations specifically banks and financial and credit institutes are
facing with is the job stress of the employees. In this study, the effects of job stress on organizational
commitment is assessed in three aspects: emotional commitment, normative commitment and continuous
commitment amongst employees of Tejarat bank. This research is a descriptive research of measurement type.
For surveying cause relations between its variables, the modeling of structural equations by LISREL Software
is used.
