AB  - The aim of the research is to identify and prioritize risks facing organizations outsource their operations from a system perspective. The main research question is to outsource the systems perspective, what risks there? And one of the risks of outsourcing is more important? For this purpose, in the municipality engines of 115 managers and employees were studied. The results indicate that nine the risk for outsourcing that have a positive correlation with risk and credit risk when the highest priority of the lowest priority.
