AB  - This study examined various countries’ efforts in adopting and implementing e-Government initiatives concerning their 24/7 business. The study also focused on examining the literature related to the adoption and diffusion of information system. In addition, this study reviewed the e-Government concepts in informative society and specially focused on the government adoption in Asia. These factors investigated some of the strategic and technical challenges and risk factors that affected the development of e-Government. Moreover, this study offered some suggestions to overwhelm the consequences of this difficulties. Some of these factors must be identified correctly and considered their risk factors as they controlled the success or failure of the adoption of the e-Government.
