AB  - The study analyzes the main stages of formation and functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of management of development and implementation of industrial policy in the framework of the council for mutual economic assistance and the european union. The study examines the main parameters of functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of management of development and implementation of industrial policy in the framework of the council for mutual economic assistance. A special place has given to the analysis of the process of formation and functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of management of development and implementation of industrial policy within the european union. Based on the author’s analysis is put forward a point of view about the advantages and disadvantages of this mechanism. The study offers the author’s interpretation of the composition of the organizational-economic mechanism of management of development and implementation of industrial policy of Russia. Based on the analysis of directions of application of the organizational-economic mechanism of management of development and implementation of industrial policy of Russia.
