AB  - In the study, there is described the necessity if the using of effectiveness estimation for implementation of Life Cycle Contract (LCC) projects and developed the conceptual scheme of regional life cycle contracts’ implementation. The researchers give the described idea of social, economic and budget effectiveness calculation that is based on the critical review of Russian and Foreign methods of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) effectiveness calculation. Also, there is represented a feasibility of using PPP and LLC model as an easiest way to find the right one.
