AB - The actual application of training outcomes or transfer of training after costly training programs is a significant problem for the organizations. Without transfer of training, the effectiveness of training cannot be evaluated. There are several factors that can support transfer of training. In this study, the main issue is to explore the importance of feedback in transfer of training. Moreover, the mediating role of motivation to transfer is an unavoidable requirement to support transfer of training. To test the proposed model, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.72 was utilized. The sample of 350 employees of private manufacturing firms located in Yangon region, Myanmar was selected as respondents. The results revealed that feedback positively and significantly related to motivation to transfer and motivation to transfer fully mediated the relationship between feedback and transfer of training.
