AB  - This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional 
  intelligence and job satisfaction among the employees in automotive industries 
  in India. The literature implies that employee skills and emotional intelligence 
  play a significant role in achieving the objective and completing their goals 
  in the workplace which leads to increase in production and employees perceive 
  a greater level of job satisfaction. The study has been designed to explain 
  the relationship between employee&#146;s emotional intelligence and their job 
  satisfaction among the employees of automotive ancillary industries in India. 
  The findings of the study showed that there was no significant relationship 
  between employee&#146;s emotional intelligence and their job satisfaction.
