AB - The aim of this study was to obtain output through certain mix proportions of multiple raw material input and to determine the optimal product mix that maximizes profitability in the flour industry in which products are obtained using the mixtures of these outputs. To this end, a multi-product linear programming model which is based on hypothetical data was developed under the constraint of resources and this model was analyzed using computer software and the results were evaluated.
