AB  - Based on the empirical conditions, the management of private higher education (hereinafter referred to as “PTS”) in Indonesia are experiencing many kinds of the conflicts. Some PTS experience conflict usually connected to the foundation. As matter of fact, the conflict PTS has legal implications on the rule of law in the academic and administrative processes covering legal entities PTS, educators, staff, students and the legality of the diploma. Hence, Kopertis should be given decentralized authority for example in resolving internal disputes PTS. Thus, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education as the central institution cannot hold all the regulation at all.
