AB  - Gamification means applying the fun of the game, the mechanics and rules included in the game to
the non-game areas. The purpose of this study is to present a method for analyzing the effectiveness of
gamification systems for business executives. To this end, this study reviews previous work on economic
justification of IT investment and gamification systems in various fields. In conclusion, we discuss cost-benefit
factors of gamification systems.
