AB  - Employee&#146;s turnover is a perennial problem in the hotel industry. This study presents the influence
of perceived organizational politics on turnover intention among frontline employees of hotel industry in
Malaysia. Meanwhile, this study aims to develop a conceptual framework for examining the relationship
between perceived organizational politics and employee&#146;s intention and whether psychological contract
mediates this relationship.
