AB  - This research is studying investment effects on working capital due to funding based on working capital management that is including 6 variables such as net operating working capital, profit, net assets, research and development expenditure, interest expense, paid dividends and cash. In order to analyze data, has been used regression model and dynamic generalized moment’s method. Research period is beginning of to end of and research sample is including 85 companies of qualified Tehran stock exchange companies by systematic removal method. Results indicates that working capital shows negative and significant relationship with company’s value also results of second hypothesis indicates that company’s value of limited companies is more than companies without restrictions.
