AB  - Problems of the reform of the education system are addressed in the context of the shortcomings of the traditional approach to teaching in which students have not generated the methodology of creativity and consequently, do not develop the ability to professionally-creative activity. This together leads to a decrease in the quality and effectiveness of education, however, undermined the basis of forming the modern development of the knowledge society. The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize the basic theoretical principles, methodological parameters the new modernized education system.
