AB  - The study presents the constitutional approaches of European countries to formalize protection of the right to human dignity. The researchers identified the distribution of constitutional models in levels, depending on the guarantee of the protection of the dignity of citizens that contributes to the evaluation of the significance of social policy and the real protection of civil rights in different countries.
