(fishing) of aquatic biological resources in Lake Baikal. On the basis of a systematic analysis of this category
of the crimes and related to them administrative offenses of persons’ prosecution practice for their commission
the researchers offer concrete recommendations which realization provides the increasing quality of criminal
investigation and efficiency of this category.
