AB  - The corruption as a social phenomenon of the use by officials the entrusted rights and power-holding opportunities for personal enrichment is analyzed in this study. The normative and legislative definition of the corruption consists in abuse of office, giving or taking the bribes, abuse of authority, commercial bribery or other types of misuse of power, conflicting with legitimate interests of society and state.
