AB  - An study is considered the basic concepts of accessory criminal offences in the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Researchers were conducted the comparative analysis of development of accessory criminal offences in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The researchers were made the offers on further improvement of the existing criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the analysis of the current legislation, the scientific literature, devoted to problems of abetting in a crime.
