AB  - This research aimed to develop and evaluate the validity of job competency assessment indicators; develop and evaluate the validity of rubric score for job competency assessment. It observed TISCO company&#146;s employees working during 2013 to 2014 (n = 1.857). Research tool was assessment form at the rubric score, created job competency assessment indicators derived from the board meeting. This research statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis and multidimensional form of the partial credit model.
