AB  - This study is devoted to a question of formation of military literature in the Kazakh prose. As subject Second World War was not considered as art, the professional writers did not undertake to describe a picture of military years and therefore to distort history. But, being the participant of war and as the founder of military subject in the Kazakh literature of B. Momyshuly defined a role and value of military literature.
