AB  - The problems of legal regulation of energy relations are covered in this study. The actuality of the research is focused on the energy complex and serious potential of natural resources of the country, emphasizing the significance in modern state of Kazakhstan. It is paid attention to the researchers point of view related to crucial issues such as correlation of energy, natural resources and environmental laws. The study also provides a detailed analysis of national legislation and practice of its application in the study area and proposes concrete ways for their improvement.
