AB  - This study considers the results of complex research of the Transnational Organized Crime (TOC) which were carried out taking into account the last changes not only on the basis of the proceeding development of techniques of investigation of the TOC but also in line with the carried-out reform of the criminal and procedural legislation in the certain CIS countries. An study was opened actual problems of international cooperation at rendering legal aid on criminal cases connected with the TOC in the CIS countries, taking into account cardinal reforming of the criminal procedure legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, there were formulated ways of solution of separately taken tasks.
