AB  - The research considers the issues of financing the activities of the law enforcement authorities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, basing on the foreign experience in budget expenditure on maintenance of the rule of law. An analysis of the budget spending on the law enforcement is presented, deficiencies are revealed in the allocations planning and in the financial resources utilization for the law enforcement purposes.
