AB  - The study is devoted to the research of institutional bases of emergence and formation of political parties. This process has been studied in some aspects: legal, socio-cultural and communicative ones. The main attention is paid to the current state of the parliamentary parties and their role in a society. The study focuses on the apparent connection between the party ideology and the method of its internal organization, internal structural relations.
