AB  - The concept of teacher self-efficacy and its impact on the students&#146; achievement has been a hot debate in the last 3 decades. The purpose of this study is twofold; the first purpose is to overview theoretical approaches to teacher self-efficacy. The second purpose is to examine studies investigated the relationship between teacher efficacy and student achievement. This study concluded with the latest hypotheses of the impact of teacher efficacy and students&#146; performance.
