AB  - The law of negligence plays an important role towards environment 
  awareness and sustainability. The application on the law of negligence to the 
  area of the environmental awareness and sustainability is largely in reply to 
  the necessity of individual to protect his/her interests and rights against 
  pollution. Therefore, this study will examine the application on the law of 
  negligence in relation to the environmental awareness and sustainability from 
  Malaysian legal perspectives. Identify actions and cases which deal with environmental 
  awareness and sustainability as well as a tool in order to achieve sustainable 
  development.
