AB  - Basing on experiment and practice, bilingual teaching practice carried out for students majored in information systems in a university located in Guangxi-a Zhuang minority autonomous province in China is introduced. Key factors involving learning efficiency are discussed and analyzed. Three questions regarding learning, teaching and electronic resources were probed and analyzed based on collected data. An improved approach to enhance the efficiency of bilingual teaching and learning for colleges located in developing regions are brought forward. Some conclusions and implications are also derived from the analysis.
