AB  - The following study discusses the problem of linking data compression function and information security. There is a definition for coding and its modification, mathematical apparatus for its realization is presented including code words numeration, diagrams of superabundance decrease when increasing source blocks length are shown, five groups of coding parameters are shown (which population is a key) without which decoding is impossible.
