AB  - Although, the idea of preventive medical treatments and activities has been encouraged in recent
decades such ideas are not new to the field of traditional Chinese medicine. The purpose of this study is to
introduce the general outlines in the application of preventive medical treatments in the field of TCM from the
perspectives of both TCM doctors and medical professionals. The finding of this research enhanced the current
literature of TCM and preventive medical treatments and activities in the English language database. Also, the
results indicated that preventive treatments and activities do not only apply to patients but also healthy people
who want to strengthen their body conditions.
