AB  - The goal of irrigation management is to use water in the most profitable way at sustainable production
levels. Irrigation management is important, since, it helps determine future irrigation expectations. This study
achieved to develop the management of Al-Kamaliya irrigation project in province of Kerbala in Iraq and
improve its operation with the use of GIS, CROPWAT and HEC-RAS applications by developing a better
scenario for irrigation and building a database for a good management of the project. The study showed that
these programs could be used in building a good management of water irrigation canal.
