AB  - The study is devoted to the social and philosophical analysis of the socio-cultural realities of the
modern Kazakh society. The relevance of the study of spiritual and moral values due to changes occurring in
modern Kazakhstan in connection with the processes of modernization. Values as a dynamic phenomenon in
essence represent the dialectical unity of sustainable (tradition) and variability (innovation). The researcher
concludes that the ethno-cultural continuity one of the most important institutions of reproduction and
transformation of spiritual and moral values in the social and cultural space in the study put forward the idea
of a dialogue of cultures as a factor in the development of new values and settings in the new global world.
