AB  - In this study, the travel time for taxi cabs were assessed and the average and running speeds as well as delay experienced were obtained. The result showed that the speeds and delay varied for different directions along the same link. It also identified various causes of delay and their individual contribution to the total delay. It concluded by pinpointing the major causes of the low level of service experienced and recommended measures that could help ameliorate the situation.
