AB  - This study deals with modeling, the estimation the parameters and the controlling the biological process used for the waste water treatment. The mathematical models describing such process are presented in the form of distributed parameters system. The numerical resolution of such system requires the use of the approximation methods. Once the model is established, the concepts of the approach presented in this resaerch aim at modeling the considered process, studying of model identifiability, estimating and controlling the process with neural networks.
