AB - Cotyledonoid leiomyoma is a rare tumor of the growth variants
of the uterine leiomyoma. Researchers report a case of cotyledonoid leiomyoma
in a 45 years old women presented with abnormal uterine bleeding. On laparotomy,
a large multinodular, exophytic, fungatingtumor mass adherent to the fundus
of the uterus was seen. Microscopic examination revealedcotyledonoid leiomyoma.
Researchers report it because of rarity and potential misinterpretation as a
  leiomyosarcoma.
