AB  - This is a study of two cases of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) (in a child and an adult) presenting in the Accident and Emergency department of the hospital with severe epistaxis and managed by the Otolaryngologists. The criteria, management and out come of the two cases are discussed.
