AB  - The study proves the feasibility of developing a soft medical form of fexofenadine selected
composition and developed a rational method of producing fexofenadine gel allows to obtain a drug with high
bioavailability and optimum processability. The analyses of physicochemical compatibility of the anti-allergic
gel components has been conducted using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). The rheological and
biopharmaceutical research of soft dosage form of fexofenadine has been conducted.
