AB  - Elimination of emergency situations is
emergency rescue and other urgent work carried out in the
event of emergencies and aimed at saving lives and
preserving people’s health, reducing the extent of damage
to the environment and material losses as well as the
elimination of zones of emergencies, the termination of
the characteristic factors for them. Carrying out
emergency rescue and other urgent work is one of the
main tasks. Rescue and rescue operations are actions to
save people, material and cultural values, protect the
natural environment in emergency zones, localize
