AB  - The study shows the importance of a strategic
approach to assessing the current state of the system of
formation of professional competence of a social worker
in sensibly-care Republic of Kazakhstan. In this regard, it
was held PEST-Analysis of formation of professional
competence of social workers in the health sector of the
Republic of Kazakhstan. Methods of conducting
pro-analysis included a study on the use of the selected
methods for the purposes of optimization of social work.
