AB  - This study aimed to identify the factors associated with unsuccessful TB treatment outcomes among TB/HIV co-infected patients. A retrospective cohort study was conducted among 466 TB/HIV patients who were registered during September 2006 to August 2011. Risk factors were conducted by multiple logistic regression and was reported as Relative Risk (RR) with 95% confident interval.
