AB  - Web 2.0 is debatable term derived controversial. Although, one opinion about this term, Web 2.0
tools such as blogs, wikis, social bookmarking, podcasts and RSS feeds heavily used in learning environments.
This study proposes a hybrid model which accommodates the services of Web 2.0 technology tools with the
knowledge management. All types of learning providers including consulting university and other education
organizations can use this model. The proposed model has purposes of taking both tacit and explicit knowledge
as well as knowledge sharing and delivery devices. As a conclusion, the hybrid model puts the life of
components of Web 2.0 technology tools and major features of KM together which make this model very useful
for both academic and different organizations institutions including business and commerce.
