AB  - This study relies on the experiences, the usage of influential information and communication technology in presenting the electronic civil services. Evaluating the readiness levels of electronic municipality in Esfahan which is the second big city of Iran after Tehran is the case study of the present study. Regarding the purpose of the study, it is an applicable-developmental study. The methodology of the present study is documental and analytical. The data collection method is also inductive. The evaluation of the hypotheses has been done by using the one sample t-test, variance analysis and the Spearman and Kendall correlation coefficient.
