AB  - Interest approach which concerns with costs and benefits would lead for environmental awareness
that plays an important role in environmental sustainability by promoting the precautionary principle. The use
of the precautionary principle to the area of environmental sustainability, largely in response to the necessity
of every and each individual state to protect their rights and interests in order to safeguard the environment.
Therefore, this study will examine the use of the interest approach which concerns with costs and benefits
which promote the precautionary principle in relation to the environmental awareness and sustainability from
the legal perspectives; identify actions which deal with the protection to the environment as well as a tool for
the achievement in sustainable development.
