AB  - Transmission of electron charge carrier in type I MQW system has been investigated by solving the effective mass equation including off-diagonal effective mass tensor elements. The boundary condition for an electron wave function (under the effective mass approximation) at a hotero junction interface is suggested and included in the calculation. The calculation reveals that the transmission coefficient is dependent on potential well depth and it is not symmetric with the angel of incidence.
