AB  - We introduce a new calculation method to compute the electron transport properties in semiconductor devices. Using the relaxation-time approximation, the Boltzmann transport equation for electrons has been solved to calculate the thermal energy flux, electrical conductivity, seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity.
