AB  - Primary intraosseous carcinoma of the jaws is a rare entity which is mostly discussed through case reports and literature reviews. Presentation of new cases would contribute to a better understanding of different aspects of the entity. The researchers have presented a case of the lesion arising in the mandible in the 4th decade of a female’s life. The definite diagnosis of keratinized PIOC was confirmed based on the combination of pathological and clinical findings. The features of the case are further discussed comparatively through a literature review.
