AB  - This study employed co-integration and error correction model to examine the impact of development aids on Nigeria economic growth. The results show that aids contributed positively to output growth. Specifically, a 100% increase in aid will lead to increase in output by 1.3%. Structural adjustment policy evidenced in currency devaluation was found to make aid more effective.
