AB  - As in many developing countries, children`s share in the government budget allocation of Bangladesh is inadequate comparing to their needs. Specially, the proportion of child related projects in ADP is almost constant although the proportion of expenditure in this regard is increasing. The present study is an attempt for developing a new method to figure out these facts with the project analysis of four randomly selected ADPs.
