AB  - Globalization is a most talked about issue in recent time. The main driving forces of this globalization of market are Transnational Corporation (TNCs) of developed world. In this article we have developed a model to analyze the benefits of globalization. It is apparent that the benefits of globalization are not equally distributed among the participants in the process. As long as these controversies will continue discontents will also continue.
