AB  - Socio-economic modeling of the processes of professional, social development of the labor force is
of great importance for the success of the reproduction of labor resources. In this study, the object is young
people who are on the stage of professional socialization. It is important that professional identification is
inextricably linked with the process of primary socialization and with the peculiarities of the existing youth labor
market. The research is aimed at revealing the correlating factors of the success of professional identity from
the position of socio-economic modeling.
