AB  - In this study, the citations obtained for a published paper are analyzed to find the citation behavior. The published study is compared with their respective citations to find the research utilization factor. This research utilization factor is based on the proposedcitation function. Through this research, an attempt is made to find the similarity in the pattern of citation utilization across delayed and non-delayed cited study.
